like 100, 250 or 37.5.
- Choose your cup
US, metric or 200 ml — then read off cups and spoons.
Questions:
- How many cups is 100 grams?
- It depends on the ingredient: 100 g of flour is about ¾ US cup, 100 g of sugar ½ cup and 100 g of butter a little under ½ cup (7 tablespoons).
- How many cups is 250 grams?
- About 2 US cups of flour, 1¼ cups of sugar or 1 cup of water or milk.
- Why not just divide by 240?
- That only works for water. Grams are weight and cups are volume, so every ingredient has its own number.
- Is it free?
- Yes. No account, no app needed.
