Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the Mixova website at mixova.app, including the waitlist, the founder price reservation and the survey. By using the site you agree to them. Mixova is a pre-launch product: the Android app is still being built, and it will come with its own terms when it is released.

1. About Mixova

Mixova is a recipe app in development that will turn recipe links from Instagram, TikTok and food blogs into a tidy recipe notebook. It is built by an independent developer ("we", "us"). Screenshots, descriptions and the "sneak peek" on the site show work in progress, and the final app may look and work differently.

2. The Waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an account or any obligation to buy.
  • You must use your own email address and be at least 16 years old.
  • We will email you when the Android app launches. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected].
  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date, specific features, or that the app will launch in your country.

3. Founder Price

  • The founder price is $19.99 for the first year of a Mixova subscription, followed by the regular price (currently planned at $34.99 per year). It is offered to the first 500 people who reserve it on the waitlist.
  • Reserving the founder price is free. We do not take any payment before launch, and no payment details are collected on this site.
  • The reservation is tied to the email address you used. It is personal and cannot be transferred.
  • When the app launches, we will email you how to claim the price. Purchases and subscriptions in the app will be handled by Google Play and governed by Google Play's terms, including its cancellation and refund rules.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Google Play may show the equivalent price in your local currency, including any applicable taxes.
  • If the app does not launch, the reservation simply expires — since nothing was paid, nothing is owed by either side.

4. Survey and Interviews

  • The survey is optional and you can skip it.
  • If you tick the interview box, we may email you to arrange a short (about 15-minute) conversation. You can decline or stop at any time.
  • People who take part in an interview receive 3 months of Mixova free once the app launches, claimed in the same way as the founder price.

5. Invite Links

You can share your personal invite link. Invites help us understand where interest comes from. Referral counts do not currently come with rewards unless we announce otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Sign up other people without their permission or use fake or disposable email addresses
  • Use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit forms or create sign-ups
  • Try to access data that isn't yours, disrupt the site, or get around its security
  • Use the site for anything unlawful

We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The Mixova name, logo, design and content of the site belong to us. Recipe names, brand names and third-party trademarks shown on the site (such as Instagram, TikTok and Google Play) belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the app will work with.

8. Disclaimer

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the app will be released, or that it will have any particular feature, price or availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the project develops, and especially at launch. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects the founder price you reserved, we will email you before it takes effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless the consumer-protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
